The data reveals that speed reaction is the most critical attribute for success in MMA, accounting for 21% of the necessary skills. This is followed by power at 18%, and coordination at 14%. Agility, balance, and flexibility are all significant as well, each comprising 13%. Muscular endurance is also important but less critical, accounting for 11%.
