Agility: a List of Excercises

  • Mountaineer flat (in a plank position with outstretched arms, then pull the knee of one leg to the hand on the same side of the body) 

  • Mountaineer opposite arm-leg (in a plank position with outstretched arms, then pull the knee of one leg to the opposite arm) 
  • Plank jumps to the side (in a plank position with arms outstretched, feet together, jump to one side and then to the other)

  • Plank jumps to the side, pulling the leg (in the plank position with outstretched arms, we pass one leg under the body in a fully extended position)

  • Burpee (lying down on the stomach, rising on the palms in a plank position, by jumping the knees to the chest we bring the legs closer and lean on the feet and then rise to a standing position)

  •  Lateral plank walk (with outstretched arms and body in one plane, we move to the right side, right arm, right leg, then left arm and left leg, then we return with the reverse action) 

  • Mountaineer jumps (in a plank position with outstretched arms, by jumping the knees to the chest we pull the legs and return them to the starting position)

  • Slip line (standing position, we stand in the guard, hands up to the chin, we pass the head and body from one side to the other under the imaginary rope)

  • Wide cross over shuffle (standing position, we move to the side, with the far right foot, we go outside while the left is welcomed outside the field, then the right one follows it and stops outside the field, and then we do the same action only from the opposite side, the left goes outside and the right outside the field) 

  • Single leg slalom (standing position, we are supported with one right foot, with it we jump into the field and out of the field on the other side, thus changing the direction from left to right) Right foot step in (standing position, our right foot is in the field and doing a skip in place, and with the left we cross the field forward back in rhythm with the right foot)

  • Ice shuffle (standing position, we move to the side so that the closest leg, let's say the left, enters the field first and is followed by the right foot, and we leave the field in the same way, immediately after that we return to the field but this time to the opposite side, so in order now the right goes first and follow her left)
